An introduction to my morning routine

Alot of you all already take multi-vitamins (I hope) the benefits that they possess in regards to obtaining optimal health is unparallelled. So if you don't already, please consider adding them to your daily regimen. As you can see above, I take a couple different kinds. I however didn't stop there, along with vitamins I also drink tea. Below I will give a brief explanation to the benefits of each product above.

Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc

Calcium- Is necessary to maintain healthy bones and teeth as well as nerve impulse transmission and muscle contraction.

Magnesium- A component of bones and teeth, and is intended to provide nutritive support for normal, healthy heart, muscle nerve and circulatory function.

Zinc- Plays an important role in immune system function and is vital for the normal structure of cell membrances.

Vitamin D3
-Supports teeth, bone and immune health. Not to mention many studies show that it aids in GH(Growth Hormone) production.

Organic Peppermint Tea
-Promotes healthy digestion by relieving mild gastrointestinal tract conditions that occur after eating. (Works well in combating the "bloated" feel many lifters complain of after drinking their pre-workout drinks as well.)

Green Tea
A natural source of flavonoid anti-oxidants, which may help protect the body from the damage caused by free radicals.

This is all for now, stay tuned for more informative fitness oriented subjects and topics!

My very first post, it all started here. Well most of it did.

My goal and primary intent for this site is to inform fellow Houstonians and people all over the world of not only the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, but also that achieving your dream physique" NATURALLY is not hard at all..Below I have attached an image of myself and the physique I walk around with year around with little to no problems maintaining it. Even with out much hassle and concern, just a healthy dose of common sense!

Now that was me about 2 years ago, all natural, enjoying junk food, at 19 yrs old. Given I was still a teenager and had a somewhat faster than normal Metabolism. (we'll discuss that later) I still had no problem maintaining this physique year round, with minimal effort and worry. So instead of insisting that you all pay me for the information you all are about to receive for FREE. I just ask that you all spread the word and help me start the all-American diet and health revolution. (America is the fattest country in the world, well maybe not the fattest, at least the top 5, I seek to change that!)
